Place some room temperature double or triple creme Brie cheese on a nice platter, drizzle with the Sabatino White Truffle Oil, sprinkle with Herbs de Provence, red pepper flakes and dry parsley flakes and serve with your favorite crackers. Easy and very delicious appetizer, which looks beautiful.

It's basically all there in the title. I've tried a few different truffle-flavored oils, and while this one isn't the best I've ever used, it has a strong, vibrant truffle flavor and aroma and is well-priced for the quality. The bottle is very small, but I only use a very small amount of the oil to flavor a dish.
For example, I had a bowl of pasta the other day, and I used about 1/2 tsp of this oil to give it a definite truffle flavor. To make a truffle-flavored salad dressing, I would probably use about 1 tsp of this oil to 1 tbsp of another good-quality, plain olive oil.
I think this oil would also make a nice gift for anyone who likes to cook.
I'm excited to try the Sabatino truffle salt, which has such a potent smell I can sniff the glass jars at the store and get a big whiff of truffle.
