I saw this set in the store and loved how versatile it could be. Perfect for lemonade, sangria, etc from poolside to the dinner table. I ended up ordering them online so that I could ship them as a gift. They arrived in only a couple of days, but when they were unpacked a glass was broken. When my stepmother called to report the problem, she was immediately sent a replacement with no hassle. I was thrilled at how smoothly this was handled and she is already enjoying serving with this great new set.
