Rated 5 out of 5 by MSAMY Wonderful
I have had so many mixing bowls over the years that were just 'meh. I ran across this one at the world market, decided to give it a try and I LOVE it. I waited to write a review until I could use it for awhile and get a true feel for it. I have had it about a year now and it looks just like it did when I bought it. Love the no slip bottom. I am going back to get one in every color! Definitely recommend this bowl.

Durable quality, bottom plastic grip so it won't slide. nice sized handle and over-sized. I love this addition to my cooking and baking supplies.

This Christmas I ordered 3 of these bowls...white, red and green. I wrapped poinsettias in white tissue and placed in two of the bowls. The third bowl I placed a bottle of wine, two kitchen towels and pillow (w/wine motif) and a Christmas spatula. The recipients loved them!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by MandBinc Good, sturdy mixing bowl.
This is a good, sturdy mixing bowl, easy to handle and easy to clean. It has a rubber? ring on the bottom to reduce slippage. The inside are a smooth white plastic-like surface. I don't know if that is what Melamine is but it looks and feels like hard plastic to me.
We had RubberMaid mixing bowls in the past that were similar in style, though a softer plastic. After 20 some years the plastic on the RubberMaid bowls was starting to rub off. This is our chosen replacement for them, as we could not find anything that would even come close to them.
