The balance and weight, thickness of the pan seemed to be ideal and similar to what I used in the restaurant. I never though it would last this long. The coating is still in great shape, there are no "sticky spots" and the even heating and heat retention is great too. It is used 3 times a week on average. I purchased two, thinking that after a year I'd need to replace it. Ended up giving the extra pan to my daughter (hers is still in great condition too). Proper care, utensils, and temperature have kept this pan in perfect condition. December 19, 2015
