I've used it on the stove & in the oven & it's performed great. Even cooking, nothing sticks to it and easiest clean up ever. We're definitely going to buy it in the smaller sizes. Has huge sides so flipping food is easy. I have used this pan for just about everything to include french fries....I use this pan daily...A must have if you like to cook March 10, 2013
