Rated 4 out of 5 by Aimee Great Pan I love this pan! I have owned it for about 3 months now and it shows no sign of losing its slick surface. The sides of the pan are at a perfect angle to master that one-handed flip. I have used it to cook just about everything,but I have not used it in the oven (a big no no for me), The pan is a little heavy, but it's similar weight to premium-priced pans. March 28, 2010
