Perfect for small space Attractive and sturdy, nice for smaller space. It needed complete assembly, but was easy enough to do. January 8, 2011
Better than mine! The butter stollen is better than the one that I make using my grandmothers recipe (I'm chagrined to say). This stollen is packed with fruit and nuts and is pleasantly soft. A real Christmas treat! I found the marzipan stollen to bee too heavy and sweet, though. December 19, 2008
A Holiday Must! Love the Marzipan Anxiously await the arrival of the Marzipan Stollen each Christmas season! Takes me back to my childhood in Germany December 14, 2008
Stollen....a yearly tradition Every year I await World Market to get their stollen and other German treats in...my mother is German and so I give her a big gift basket with stollen, lebkuchen, herring, wursts, spaetzle, marzipan, and all of the other German specialties I can find only in World Market...it wouldn't be Christmas without it and I would probably be disowned if I didn't get it for my mother every year! LOL December 9, 2008
Marzipan Stollen This Marzipan Stollen reminds me of Germany, it is excellent. A cup of coffee and a slice of this delicious Marzipanstollen it can't get any better. November 28, 2008
A Yearly Favorite! I have been buying the Marzipan Stollen for years and it is always a big hit. I serve it with tea to friends during December as well as having a slice for breakfast on occasion. Christmas Eve wouldn't be the same without Marzipan Stollen. It brings back memories of childhood when my Mom made homemade stollen. November 28, 2008
It's Not Christmas Without Stollen I am in love with Stollen from Chicago but did not order it soon enough to have for the holidays. This is a super inexpensive alternative. Nothing like the real Chicago thing but its pretty good for the price and convenience. It's a very fruity flavorful holiday bread to have after dinner or a snack with coffee or milk. Disappointing and wobbly The individual pieces are thick and heavy--I thought I would have a substantial piece of furniture when I was done assembling it. Instead, the legs fit poorly with the top and shelves, and the final product is wobbly and twisty. Far too pricey for such a cheap-seeming product. Very disappointed. April 25, 2011
