Best bang for the buck! Found this bed while looking for info on the CB Tate bed, read all the reviews and decided to take a chance, I mean it was a fraction of the price. If it wasn't good enough for my primary bed, I was going to use it as a guest bed. My biggest concern from reading the reviews was that the bed squeaked, and it does because the wood slats rub on the wood rails. I applied some parafin wax to the bed rails, reinstalled the bed slats and voila! No more squeaks. If you get this bed or any other bed of similar design, put some wax on the contact points where wood touches wood and you will be happy. Oh, and get longer screws, #8 x 1 3/4", you'll need at least 8. November 19, 2011
Its Great!!! I love this bed it pulls me into my room everynite. I used a queen mattress set and its the perfect height.. November 9, 2011
great bed! We love this bed. We have had it for about a year and it has been great. We did get the longer screws as other reviewers suggested and they worked wonderfully. It was easy to assemble with the two of us (4 hands were useful when attaching the head and foot). We have a tempurpedic bed and a "box spring" and I think it looks great and is the right height for us (not really low-bed people). Note- If you are a person who likes to store things under your bed, you might need to get risers because the sides are fairly low to the ground. October 25, 2011

Exactly what we were looking for! We bought the bed for our master bedroom. The color was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't have found a better deal. Looks a lot like one of the beds at Pottery Barn. We put the bed together rather quickly and had to decide if we should use the box spring and mattress. We Tried it both ways, and ended up with just the mattress. We are still unsure how to have it, but will keep it this way right now. All in all, it is a great bed!!! January 28, 2011
Attractive and comfortable This is a best value I've seen in an upholstered bed. Comfortable, well engineered and attractive. This is a bed you will be happy to own. January 27, 2011
Nice alternative to hard wooden edges. Several other people have commented on the [...] $1500 version of this bed, so I won't beat a dead horse but I'm just happy I looked around. The only drawback is that there aren't color options. Don't get me wrong, I love the color and it goes nicely w/ just about anything you want to pair it with, but you know... just like to be different. It was super easy to assemble and it's a nice height off the ground. I LOVE this bed. January 25, 2011
