Rated 5 out of 5 by Robin56 Wonderful, but beware of color difference Ordered 8 panels and love the texture, pattern, and quality. Only problem is they are considerably darker than pictured. Sadly, they will be going back because they don't work for my rooms. May 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by MEinKC Excellent quality!! These curtains are heavy, lined and high quality for the price you pay. I must stress the heavy part, though, because if you are looking for a light or flowy panel, this is not it. They were fairly easy to iron, but somewhat difficult to "train" into hanging straight down without it holding creases. I used bronze clips to attach to the rod instead of putting on the rod directly and it looks fantastic. I love the natural material and the very subtle herringbone pattern makes them unique. Overall these were exactly what I was looking for for my living room and dining room. I ordered online as they were not stocked in my local store and they arrived very quickly. May 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Camille Fantastic! I can't say enough good things about these panels. We recently moved into a new home and I left another (much more expensive and discontinued) set of panels in my old dining room. I was afraid I'd never find a replacement, but took a chance on ordering these and have never looked back! They are a nice weight, lined, and have a subtle texture that I love. They hang beautifully and I'll be ordering more for other rooms! January 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by MaudieFaye love the subtle herringbone design in this jute curtain What could be better than combining burlap with a herringbone design? This burlap-herringbone duo is perfect to add class to casual. It's an added bonus that is lightly lined. January 12, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by gepalo Sun Damage to Natural Colored Jute I recommend these panels only in areas where they won't get exposed to the sun. At the time of this review, there is no notation in the product details warning of potential for discoloration. I was originally so pleased with these drapes. But...the sun quickly caused my set of drapes to discolor/degrade. I've had 9 of these panels up for about 18 months and a few months ago I noticed 6 of them turning orange-brown along the edges that face the glass and these discolored sections feel rougher and crisp. These drapes are in front of east-facing, new construction, low-E UV blocking windows that also keep the heat out and the blinds are up part way all the time. There is no landscaping outside next to these windows. If there was, that possibly might have minimized the amount of light coming in and offered some protection. The drape lining seems to offer no protection. The other three panels that haven't discolored cover a window on a south facing wall and the window is also covered by a blind that is never up. I did some research and found out that burlap/jute is acidic and can discolor and degrade over time. I also saw pictures of the same shade of discoloration that I experienced. I also have six panels of a darker color of the same jute panels in a bedroom, but they are never open and room darkening shades are always down. Hopefully the combination of the darker color and the room darkening blinds will protect them. The burlap looks perfect with my decor but I will have to replace the natural colored drapes and I won't be using any burlap/jute products again. I originally wanted to rate these high on value but since I'm going to have to replace these drapes eventually, I can't justify a high rating, and in all honesty, probably should rate the value lower still since this purchase was money wasted. If they didn't discolor I would have given 5/5 on value. June 22, 2015
