I use these noodles every time we make stir fry. I cook them in water first, dry them slightly, then cook in toasted sesame oil until they're nice and crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. These noodles are an excellent addition to any rice dish!
I love these noodles and can only find them at World Market, so I buy several packages at a time. For a quick dinner, I combine the cooked noodles with some chopped cooked pork, beef or chicken and a can of mixed Chinese vegetables, maybe a can of bamboo shoots and/or water chestnuts. Tasty and healthy without a lot of hassle!
