Cakelike, thick and fluffy, great flavor that melts in your mouth paired with maple syrup. Tasting a delicacy amongst breakfast delights!!

I purchased the apple and cinnamon mix and it has a bitter after taste. I also tasted like orange and not apple. I do not see the mix on the site but not very impressed with any of the pancake mixes.

These pancakes have a pleasant nut crunch but lack flavor. They are also thin and tough. Next time will use less liquid and milk instead of water.
