Multi-Colored Swirl Wool Rug 4.4 5 7 7
I LOVE IT!! I really LOVE this rug. It has so many colors that it can go just about anywhere. It is very thick and plush feeling and looks and feels way more expensive than it was, plus it doesn't show dirt or wear easily. Having a 10 year-old son and two big dogs means lots of tracking and the rug is holding up nicely. I only wish I had ordered thew larger size! November 12, 2013
great rug we absolutely LOVE this rug...it goes so well in our new dining room and the color matches everything...I especially like the quality...and very pet friendly November 11, 2013
Love It The colors in this rug are everything I wanted and more. I love the quality and would highly recommend this to anyone. October 16, 2013
Heavy, nicely woven wool rug This 5x8 rug needs a large space to show off. Originally, I had intended it for my front hall, thinking it had more reds in it than it has. The overall color effect is less bright than pictured in the ad with black predominating but the overall look is striking and the black coloration contributes to the spiraling pattern. I moved the rug near the Lugano bench that I also purchased from World Market. September 8, 2013
Beautiful, 100% New Zealand Wool Rug! I bought this rug in 5x8" intending to use it as a floor covering in the small den /art studio of my 1-bdrm apartment. The idea being to protect the new light tan apartment carpeting from charcoals, pastels, paints and the like. I scoped it out online first then tracked it down in-store, and the biggest deal-maker was putting my cheek up to the hanging display sample to test how comfortable it would be to sprawl on with a project. It passed the cheek-test with flying colors!! Super soft, thick and beautifully looped yarns in a surprising variety of hues. The spiral design seems simple, but is actually quite visually complex. There was no question that this rug would blend well with ANY color scheme and decor. I could only hope it would hold up well and be worth the investment. (Still fairly expensive despite a WM discount at the time.) I've now had this rug over 6 months. It's ended up in my main living space anchoring a small sofa and chair --- because it was too stunningly gorgeous to hide and makes for perfect sprawling acreage when friends come to visit. I do have a cat and there have been some loops of yarn that have come undone from her rough play but the pattern hides the pulls; plus the rug vacuums well. Doesn't shift or curl up funny along the edges. And it really defines the living space off of my kitchen. The 100% New Zealand wool construction was even more of a bonus; not only for quality, but for celebrating good memories (I studied in NZ some years ago, saw many a sheep sheared, and really came to respect the quality of NZ manufacturing). Honestly would buy one of these for every room in my house; if I could afford to; or if I had a house! A+++ January 9, 2013
thick and soft This rug is beautiful. I wish it had more color, overall it is very dark, too much black wool. Even the light colors have a black trend in them. However, it is thick and soft and I am very happy with it. I looked for a long time and I would buy this product again. July 19, 2013
Not the quality I expected! I loved the the look and the feel of the rug when I received it. Then I vacuumed it twice on the highest setting and the loops start coming undone. I really expected better quality for a $400.00 rug. I will not be purchasing any more rugs from World Market. October 31, 2013
