Not only was the mug solid and sturdy, the packaging for shipping was excellent. (This was gift which was well received and is used every day!) They also added classy extra touches with their statement...which included a coupon for future purchases as well. I was very impressed! Thank you World Market for keeping the standard high for customer service!!

I purchased this for my daughter who had requested some animal themed coffee mugs for Christmas. She loved this one and the Elephant one that you can also buy. Looks very well made and I was delighted to find both mugs on line at one of my favorite stores. I purchased 2 of each.

everyone in our family has a "thing" for monkeys especially my son. i saw this at christmas and ordered as a last minute extra gift. it turned out to be his favorite. nicely made, perfect size and comfortable to hold.

I love this mug! Before purchasing this, I already owned the elephant and giraffe mugs from the series. I loved those mugs for the design, but found they were difficult to hold (you can't hold them by their handles alone - they'll slip out of your hand). The monkey cup, however, has a conventional handle, so it's the sturdiest of the bunch! I love it and highly recommend it to everyone.

We have 4 of these for us and the kids. Top quality ceramic and a real conversation piece. Do be careful though-they are breakable.
