The barstools are good quality and were fairly easy for my husband and I to put together, although I don't think I would have been strong enough by myself. It took us about 25 minutes to assemble four stools.
They look great except I was expecting more of an ivory cushion and it's more taupe/sand colored.

I ordered four of these and was very excited to have them put together, but after sitting on one for only about 30 minutes, the cushion did not hold up and the cheap burlap (and scratchy) material on top of it looks loose and tacky.
These are great if you're just looking for something that "looks" good, not so great if you actually want to use them as barstools.
