This tea doesn't taste bad at all, of course its not the best tasting tea, its not super flavorful, but its bearable. The main thing is that it clears out your tummy, really, really good. For the first two days i took it in the evening around 6pm. By 2 or 3 am, I woke up because i had to "go" - amazing, the second day, the same situation. If you are having troubles with constipation, bloating , weight loss, I suggest this tea, it really does what its suppose to, and naturally. Curbs the appetite as well.

At first, this tea does cause pretty extreme cramping and diarrhea. But after 4-8 days of drinking small about a cup or so of it, the cramps subside. I have good sized bowel movements once a day now. I used to have them once a week if I was lucky, and this REALLY helps me!
