Shipping
Different shipping methods are available on worldmarket.com. Standard Ground (3-8 business days) is our recommended shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you select, the value of the total order, and any applicable surcharges.
Surcharges
Orders can have additional surcharges, including but not limited to:
Oversize Items. Due to overall size and/or weight, oversize items cost more to ship. A delivery surcharge will be billed along with the standard shipping charge. The surcharge amount will be noted on the individual product detail pages.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Most items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via Second Day service. The items will arrive within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States).
In-Store Pickup
Our In-Store Pickup service lets you select items online and pick them up at your local World Market store so you can avoid shipping costs. It's convenient and free! See more details during checkout.

If none of the items in your basket say "Not eligible for In-Store Pickup", you can switch the selected store () by clicking the "change" link at the top of the page to find a store where all items are available for In-Store Pickup.

Our In-Store Pickup program lets you select items online and pick them up at your local store so you can avoid shipping costs. It's easy, convenient and absolutely free!
HOW IT WORKS:
- At checkout, choose In-Store Pickup and select your store.
- You'll be given the estimated pickup date.
- Complete your order and be on the lookout for an email notification that your item is ready for pickup (this is separate from your order confirmation email).
- Your item will be held for 7 days at the store. If you can't make it in during that time, we'll cancel the order and you'll receive a refund.
AT THE STORE:
- Present your confirmation email and the credit card used for the purchase.
- Only the person who made the purchase can pick up the order at the store.
