This soup far exceeded my expectation for flavor. It was super easy to make - the only thing I needed was chicken breasts. And the flavor is wonderful. I added some cheese, sour cream, and guacamole and it was superb!

I hosted a ladies' favorite things party. I received the soup as one of my favorite things, tried it out and loved it! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. It would also make a great college gift basket item.

I am just starting my business and my boyfriend is still in University so we have a pretty tight budget. only $5 for this soup mix and the cost of some chicken breasts, it is one of our favorite meals! We like to add a bit of sour cream and crushed tortilla chips to the soup.

This soup is (next to my grandma's homemade vegetable soup), the best I have ever had. I make it about every 2 weeks for my family and everyone gobbles it up! My family loves hot and spicy so I add 2 cans diced jalapenos,2 cans hot diced green chilies, 1 1/2 lb shredded chicken, and a cup of chicken stock for extra broth. I cook it in my crockpot for about 6-7 hours so the rice isn't crunchy. I serve it with a dollop of sour cream on top, chives, a little cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips, oh and can't forget the cornbread as well. Left overs last maybe 4-5 days.

Ignore the directions. Put 1-2 lbs chicken breast into a crock pot, pour the seasoning over the chicken, then about 32 oz of chicken stock and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Just before it's done pour in some sweet corn. I also sometimes put in a can of tomato paste for extra flavor or a jar of salsa at the start all depending on what I have on hand. You'll get a tortilla 'stew'--thick and delicious and great with some sour cream, cheese, and chips for dipping!

I was very surprised at the flavor of this soup. I am not a soup person normally but I loved this and so did my very picky husband!!! I only added corn and chicken to it and I am sad to say the left overs are almost gone :( I will be buying this one again and trying more of the others as this one was quick and very easy to make!!!
