Need a great meal and don't have time to cook? Then this is the answer. And here's how to make it even easier -- buy the 2-3 lb FROZEN bag of chicken tenders and throw those in at the start. No prepping of raw chicken necessary! Add all the other ingredients requested on the box (don't add more chicken stock which you can do if necessary at the end) -- and the last 20 min of an 8-10 hour low crock pot setting, add half a bag of fresh spinach and a can or some fresh chopped tomatoes. Makes it more colorful and healthier too. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice and a round of parma to shave on top and bravo! Add crusty bread for dipping and a bag of mixed salad greens with fresh cut tomatoes and oil/balsamic dressing and you've just created a trip to Tuscany in less than 30 min)along with your 8 hours in the crock pot of course!) Haven't even tried any of the other Market Classics yet because this one is SO GOOD! Friends will think you've been in the kitchen for hours. Ciao!
I really like this. I would add more broth though so I would be juicier. Very easy and inexpensive meal
