Had 1 glass broken in shipment & notified customer service. They not only replaced the glass in a timely manner but sent an additional 5 glasses with the replacement. It is a pleasure to shop with people who care about the customer.

This wine glass is an exceptional value at the sale price I paid. It has good weight and shape. The only thing that detracts from the glass are the seams on the stem and where it connects to the bowl. It is quite noticeable in the stem because your hand can feel the ridges from the mold line. I can't speak to durability yet, but my plan is to use them frequently for casual dining occasions.

There is nothing wrong with the glasses, but do not buy them as a gift. They come wrapped in bubble wrap in a huge box. They are not nicely packaged as a set.
