Rated 5 out of 5 by MartinaW Absolutely Stunning Chairs - you can easily make them counter height I needed counter height chairs - I actually purchased the bar height and you can easily cut them down to the height you want. If you have a band saw just set to the length you want to cut off and slide the legs through the saw, in minutes we had 4 beautiful counter height stools. Hints, be sure to take the rubber tips off the bottom first, suggest to wrap the bottom leg with painters tape, helps to keep the wood from chipping and you can also draw a line on the leg for guidance while you pull it through the saw. When done we put felt pads on the legs and they slide easily in our kitchen. One last tip I also scotch guarded by chairs to protect then from getting dirty. Just be sure you completely cover the legs, and also the brass tacks, the scotch guard could leave spots. To cover the brass tacks just cut a thin strip of painters tape and lay over brass tacks and start spraying, the scotch guard does not change the color of the fabric. I love the chairs and this should help them to stay beautiful. February 2, 2015

They are so comfy to sit in over the course of the meal, and that was an important part in my selection. I tried to buy them in stores and they were not availible in any stores near me. I had to order them online and that was the only bad part because I had to pay a $40 shipping surcharge PER CHAIR. So I had to wait until these went on sale to purchase becasue of that expense, even tho I was willing to purchase them earlier, but I could not. They shipped in the allotted time and the boxes were suprising light to handle. January 23, 2014

I bought the barstool height because I loved them too much to not purchase. They are too tall for my counter island but it's only by 4-5 inches which I can get over. Please make these in counter height!! February 25, 2015
