Comments about Linen Kellerman Upholstered Headboard:
This bed is super heavy. It's a 2 person job to get it assembled and they provide large bolts to hold it together. When you try to bolt them in, the bolts are too long to fit into the receiving metal nut which they have countersunk inside the frame. My husband (who is very experienced at assembly) had to work around the problem by adding a stack of washers to fill the gap. If you don't take this extra step, the headboard supports and also the side wings will be loose. Also, you will need a large-sized regular screwdriver with a thicker tip to torque that baby in place. What a pain. Also, put the side wings on first, and then the metal legs that attach it to your frame. If you do it out of order, you can't screw the center bolts in for the wings -- trust me. The BUCKWHEAT color is true to color on screen (off white/cream - not beige). The fabric is not elegant velvet as I had envisioned and is quite disappointing because its like a velour. The cheesy kind of velour. Picture velour sweatpants from the granny section... stretchy. If you are picky about fabric to the touch, you will not approve. However, If you look from a distance, its fine. It's passable for a guest room, but I would not buy as my master bed.
