Rated 5 out of 5 by The Real Deal - Just like in Italy! I worked in Italy for a year, visited an artisanal vinegar producer, & went to tastings. After returning home, I began my search for a decent, reasonably-priced authentic balsamic vinegar. After many disappointments, I was delighted to discover this product at World Market - delicious, deep flavor perfect for salad dressing and so much more! Drizzle over grilled vegetables, topper for salmon or dip for chunks of parmesan cheese, use as marinate for chicken or steaks - even add a few drops to vanilla ice cream or strawberries, just like in Italy. A big plus - the bottle never leaks - just store in dark cool pantry or cabinet. Trust me, this is the real deal - compares with high-end vinegar sold for $50-$100 per bottle. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent For those who only buy the standard grocery store balsamic for $4-5 bottle, step up to this. Very low cost for the quality - exceptional flavor that is terrific with just good olive oil on a salad, and as a pop of rich flavor to any number of dishes. Just bought an $8 bottle elsewhere and did a taste test, no comparison. The $8 may as well have been $3 while the La Piana seemed like $25. May 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good Balsamic Vinegar We like very much this balsamic vinegar. The sweet taste makes my humble salads, a rich salad. It's a fair price, but the best is that the quality of the product is very good! June 26, 2013
