Muchos Gracias!!!! Finally, a good Mole I don't have to drive an hour for! I usually have to go to Mexico (an hour away) or at least Tubac (fantastic restaurant with many wonderful Moles, where in fact I first came upon them. I saw this at World Market yesterday and though, well, one more try.... (store bought moles have sucked thus far!). It's JUST LIKE THE RESTAURANT! I mixed it in with some shredded pork, dried it a bit in the oven, and voila! Er, wrong language, but Ole! Delicious mole at home. Heaven. April 7, 2013
