Just add water. After cooking them as directed, I mixed together ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, and a little lemon juice. Rolled the crepes around some cheese filling and fried them all again (briefly) in a little butter (turning once). They were divine topped with lingonberries and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. The crepe mix would work equally well with savory fillings....try meat, veggies, cheese, etc. I am glad that World Market carries this.
