Rated 5 out of 5 by coolcookingmama Smoke sausage at its best This is the best match to a sausage I grew up eating. The one I wanted was called Farmers summer sausage, and in my culture it was used as an apetizer as well as an ingredient for soups, and rice dishes. I have been looking for this smokey tasting sausage for some time and found it in Klements Origina summer sausage. It is fresh and tasty and smells so good. Love this sausage, great for parties cut and served with crackers and cheese (white farmers cheese is so good). Try it I know you will like it. February 26, 2014
