Rated 5 out of 5 by MelissaB Solid, nice piece of furniture I got this for extra bedroom storage for my husband. It's a very nice piece of furniture, feels substantial and even roomier than we expected. I like the A lines of the sides - very stylish. The assembly was fairly simple until we got to the backing whereupon the instructions weren't clear and there seemed to be some screws missing (H-6). I'm not sure where they would have gone anyway had they been included. Also, the H-3, H-4 and H-7 screws all looked alike and I'm pretty sure I used some of them interchangeably. Even so, I'm very happy with the result. It was a very good buy. January 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Izzi Happy The unit looks great. It takes some time to assemble. The only fault is it should have metal slides for the drawer. Also, it is a little darker than it looks on the web. January 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by assembledmyself Looks great but..... I'm an amateur assembler and managed to assemble this by myself. The assembly was made challenging by about a 25% defect rate on the misalignment of the parts, predrilled holes off, blocks slightly askew, etc. It was sometimes impossible to put a misaligned piece together with a correctly drilled piece, so I had to move on and try other pieces until there was a matching misalignment that enabled assembly. On the drawer assembly, the bottom pieces used were very insubstantial. In one case in particular I feel that quality control ? should not have allowed one of the drawer bottoms through. The drawers do not slide well, probably due to the same matter of the pre-assembly being slightly off. Unfortunately, I don't have the skill set to re-drill and re-sand everything. I bought this for my daily dresser. It looks good, except for the spot where the packing tape was put right across the surface of the top wood. Overall, disappointed compared to my previous furniture purchases at CPWM which were Great!! The compound of careless minor errors on this piece adds up. September 21, 2014
