I bought this Daybed almost a year ago. I'm so glad I did! I have gotten so many compliments. I also bought the tan burlap mattress cover that goes with it. It came un assembled but my husband no problems putting it together. It is sturdy and a twin size pillow top mattress fit perfectly.

I'd been thinking about buying this for a couple of years. I finally made the move and bought it. I live in a very small house and this is now my main couch. I was able to put this together by myself in about 10 minutes with just a rusty old screw driver. It's sturdy and looks great. I feel confident it will hold up over the long run. I put a 10-inch thick tempur-pedic style mattress on it (thank you Amazon) and bought one of the mattress covers available here at World Market. This is incredibly comfortable. It is large, and as wide as a twin bed yet it takes up less space than my old couch did. I am kind of in love with it.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture, very sturdy and unique. I use it as a sofa with an 8 inch Memory Foam twin mattress and it fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Easy 15 minute assembly. Color is greyish/whitewashed brown. Would definitely recommend.

First off a single mattress fits perfectly. We bought one with box spring built in so it sits a little high but very comfortable. We bought this to transition a toddler to regular bed. It was extremely simple to assemble. The hardest part was taking it out of the box and bringing inside. We bought a twin comforter and sheet set and fits perfectly. I would buy again if needed.

Beautiful piece, very easy to assemble. Color is as exactly as pictured. I was torn between a 10 inch and 12 inch mattress, decided to go with 10 inch and glad I did. The 10 inch memory foam mattress I purchased hits right at base of backboard allowing for approximately 4 inches between top of mattress and base of side arms.

This daybed exceeded my expectations for craftsmanship, materials, ease of assembly, and end result. It's pretty perfect! I was intimidated by the gigantic, heavy package that arrived, but managed to unpack and assemble this daybed by myself in less than an hour (a tired 55 year old armed only with a Swiss Army knife). The pieces fit together easily, and the result is as wonderful as I'd hoped it would be. I also purchased the Oatmeal Burlap Mattress Cover and an abundance of velvet pillows of various sizes (all from World Market). Oh...and, thanks to comments by others who've purchased this, I bought an 8-inch twin mattress, which is perfect!
In addition to being thrilled with the end result (see picture), I was very impressed with the order/delivery process, which gave me choices on dates and timing, included email and phone verifications and a call from the driver shortly before arrival. All very professional and accurate.
One note on assembly: the instructions say not to assemble the daybed on carpeting. Mine is in a room with wall-to-wall, so I used one half of the giant delivery box, with the sides flattened, as my work surface...easy peasy!
