These bowls are good quality. MUCH nicer than one would expect for the price. Very substantial. My husband loves them. Highly recommend this beautiful, new addition to my tableware.

Thye bowl has a very nice coating on it. The color is a deep blue /purple/brown. We use it for salad and cereal.

This entire line of dishes is one of my favorites ever. I am a self-confessed addict to new dishes, but I especially love these! They have a hand-made slight variation that makes them look like you've paid a wad of cash for them, a unique shape and color, and well...you can't go wrong with blue. The bowl is the perfect height and holds just the right amount of cereal or salad. Can't say enough about them!
