Rated 5 out of 5 by AndyB great for spicing up a stir-fry This pepper paste has a nice spicy bite but does not add acidic tang to food like some other pepper sauces. I use it every time I make "Chinese" - add to my chopped ginger and garlic for a good Szechuan zing. About 2 tablespoons is enough to heat up the meal, which makes it a good deal. December 18, 2012
