I have used this to make the Swedish Princess Cake and it was wonderful. Easy to color the marzipan to the perfect green color that tells you it is the Princess Cake. If you've never made this cake, may I highly suggest you give it a try. With the marzipan, rasberry jam and the whipped cream, the cake is a delectable joy and every morsel will tickle your fancy I'm sure!!

I roll the marzipan out on wax paper with a rolling pin, adding a bit of flour to prevent sticking. Then I cover the baked cake, after it is cooled and filled with bananas, raspberry jam and coolwhip, with the marzipan on top and sides, refrigerate the cake to cool some more and to let the filling soak into the cake. It is delicious!
I love this stuff, and the only store I am able to find it is Cost Plus. I grew up in Norway and my favorite cake was back then as well as it is now, Marzipan Cake!
