This came well wrapped, but somehow it had leaked all over the packaging. I would say I lost somewhere between 1/8- 1/4 of the bottle. However, it smells wonderful!! The bottle is very cute- will look great in the kitchen.

The only issue I had with the product is, it needs different shipping handling, the jars leak I had two separate issues with it.

The jar looks great and the soap smells nice, but the pump is cheapy & short, so it doesn't allow for a nice pump down. It's especially difficult using one hand. Our kitchen sink is heavily used with 4 boys and a mama that cooks. I just don't think the pump will hold up for long. I'm going to have to return it. It might be fine for someone who's not too rough on it or if it doesn't get used a lot.

The fragrance of the Lavender Rosemary Hand Soap is divine. The first question everyone asks after coming out of the guest bathroom is, "where did you get that soap?" They love it. Me too! However, I've moved from California & popping in to the local WM is not an option. My first order of this product arrived as a sticky mess, missing about 1/3 of the product. Luckily the mess was contained in the plastic bag that it came in. It was so soppy that the label started coming off. If I hadn't absolutely loved the fragrance I would have just thrown it away rather than deal with the slippery mess. The replacement that was sent courtesy of WM (thank you) arrived just a little better than the first. Another mess missing a lot of product. Together I got just over 1 full jar.
Luckily I read a lot of the reviews on these soaps that have suddenly disappeared (including my previous review). The one thing all the reviews had in common was the negative comment about how cheap & easily breakable the pump is. I had kept the 2nd lid as a back-up & good thing that I did, as the first pump broke with minimal usages.
The consensus is this fragrance is wonderful, but the vessel is crud. Does not even last as long as the product inside. I wish they would make the refill in the hand soap like they have for the dish soap. I'd buy that in a snap to put in my other dispensers.
2nd star is because the smell is soooo darn good & the product itself is nice.
