Rated 5 out of 5 by love this pot most amazing pot that i own and i cook a lot and have quality cookware. this is great for cooking greens or anything you want to saute, it's a great pot for using as a wok. i am going to purchase another one for backup for me and some for gifts. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I have been looking for a lightweight cast iron dutch oven I have used this pot on my induction cooktop and I love it. I bought it when they were on sale which made it a good value. The inside can stain but I use baking soda to clean it and it works great. January 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Loved it - but now I'm really dissappointed I bought this stewpot in the late summer on sale, and was really excited to start using it. I loved the look; it was big, but easy to handle; I needed a large stewpot for all that fall chili I was going to make. I have since used it for pasta, chili, broccoli cheddar soup, american goulash, and even as a decorative service piece filled with ice and bottles of drinks. I loved this pot! Until my husband accidentally knocked it off the counter. My countertops are actually lower than standard height, and we have a sort of rubbery floor covering (it isn't squishy, but I have dropped many things before, some far less durable than a metal pot, and they bounce and don't break.) Anyway, I don't know how it landed, but however it hit, it cracked not just the ceramic coating but the cast iron. This pot is not very durable. So why recommend it? Because up until that drop, it was exactly what I wanted and needed out of a stewpot. Just be careful how you handle it. November 7, 2014
