I was nervous on ordering this product at such a low price when my last drink dispenser (which was plastic) was over $30+. However I was highly pleased when it came; the glass is thick, the parts are well built. I cleaned it out and gave it an overnight test run. It held all fluids with no spills.
Two days ago was the son's baptism, (the event I purchased this item for) it was full of milk and being in constant use for 2 plus hours. I placed a hand towel on the floor to catch drips as most drink dispensers usually have. When we went to clean up the drink spot was no bigger than a quarter and we had a LOT of children dispensing their own drink so I was and am very impressed!

This beverage dispenser was exactly what I was looking for! It is a great size and holds quite a bit of liquid. I also love the design. It was very easy to clean and store. I will be able to use it for parties and events this summer, which is exactly what I wanted. I really couldn't beat the price for the size and quality, so I bought 2! I had to order online since it was not in my local WM store, but it came fairly quickly and in time for the party I was throwing. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others.

I bought two of these to use for serving beverages at my wedding next year. $19.99 is the typical price I've seen online for glass drink dispensers, but World Market was having a sale at the time so I saved $5.00 on each dispenser. I've heard reviews of other dispensers leaking, but I'm glad to say these do not!

I have used this glass drink dispenser several times for parties and so far it has held up very well. I think I bought them about a year ago now. Before the 1st use, I did have to use the white plumbers tape that someone else suggested in a prior review, this was to keep it from leaking. My husband did the tape and he said it was easy. Thank you SO much to the reviewer(s) that mentioned the tape or I may have had to return them. I bought 2 dispensers and I think only one needed the tape. Before each use we test them out with a bit of water for any leaking and so far they have never leaked. I ended up purchasing ceramic stands so the dispensers sit up a bit, it makes it easier for guests to put their cup under without having to tilt the cup.

I ordered 4 of the jugs and when they arrived, one was in pieces. It was on a Friday evening and I didn't think I could get anything resolved but decided to call the customer service number, just in case. To my surprise, they answered, took all my info and placed another order. My replacement jug came in 5 days. I was very pleased with my service and will order again.
