Easel Media Stand 4.6 5 7 7
Beautiful media stand! This is a beautiful media stand and a great departure from the ugly cabinets you see everywhere else. I looked all over for an easel media stand - the only other one I found was at Restoration Hardware and was 5x expensive and only available in dark wood. The piece looks and feels very solid and appears much more expensive than it really was. My only complaint about the product was that it arrived with slight damage due to shipping. The World Market customer service team was excellent in finding a solution for me. Very happy with this product and the World Market service! August 13, 2013
This piece is beautiful Can't count how many friends have commented on this piece. It has fulfilled my expectations and then some! It arrived quickly, was very easy to assemble, and is a great value at a low price. I just love it. July 24, 2013
Meets Expectations This easel media stand is awesome! It's very sturdy and is larger than I expected (in terms of thickness of wood pieces). It serves as a piece of art in our home as well as a place to put our TV. It adds a lot to our space with the small details (metal on the sides). It was relatively easy to assemble! Just as a side note, the assembly instructions are GREAT! We were missing two pieces in the hardware, but that didn't make it impossible to put together. Overall, awesome piece of furniture! You'll love it. March 5, 2013
Oops there goes another rubbertree plant! Half off furniture sale... extra 15% off?! WM couldn't have made this easier. I needed a replacement for my wobbley ladder style media stand. This was unique and sturdy. The color is described as honey, but looks like a distressed ash. A light color. As a representative described it "there is no red in it". Paired it with a 42inch TV and it looks nice. Please consider your space though...it juts out from the wall in back and in the front, as it has width at the bottom for stability. PS WM offers in store assembly for an additional (very reasonable) cost. February 3, 2013
Snap to assemble, solid, beautiful construction. I'm using the media stand as a real easel and it works beautifully. January 15, 2013
Nice, sturdy media solution I am very happy with this purchase. It is very solid and well made, really appreciate the metal detailing on the sides and the lip on the stand to keep a TV secure. The assembly instructions were very clear and the unit easy to put together alone. It definitely needs casters, but for about $20 and 30 minutes of labor I was able to add them easily. I just purchased standard 2" models from the hardware store, painted the metal to match, and attached them to the sides before assembly. The structure of the feet made it very easy to drill pilot holes and attach the casters (I'm no carpenter either). The biggest peeve I had with this unit was the back. It doesn't look quite finished, and since I am using this unit in a position where the back can be seen that is not ideal. There were also "permanent" LARGE bright white warning stickers on the highest horizontal bar that were very unappealing to look at. Technically they are supposed to stay, but they bugged me so much that I used a large amount of elbow grease, goo-gone and time to get them off. Overall, would highly recommend this unit, and spending a little time on it to make it even better. February 24, 2013
Pretty Item The item itself is rather tiny as compared to the pictures on the website but it was not too difficult to assemble and is unique. February 6, 2013
