I like the design on the bottle, but it doesn't smell like orange blossom to me.
If anyone knows me, then they know that it is not often I give a 5 (high) rating for anything. They should check my Amazon reviews and Zomato. This is an excellent product and I really don't like liquid hand soaps! But I love this one and I'm a guy. My wife loves it and I gave it as a gift to my daughter, and she loves it. I have been unable to find it lately in the World Markers. Have they quit making it? I found it on Amazon at ridiculous high prices. $24.95 freakin' dollars! Please say it ain't so. I really want to put it in my bookstore sink area and my home. Help us World Market. I use this daily but the information blank only goes down to once a week
I have this hand soap in my kitchen, and I like it so much, I bought some for a friend and for my mother. I also have the dish soap. One reviewer commented that the hand soap smelled strange. While I didn't find that to be true myself with the hand soap, from the bottle, the dish soap smelled similar to what the other reviewer described, cheap and citronella-like, however, when using the dish soap, it smelled fine and nothing like from the bottle. I probably wouldn't buy the dish soap again, mainly due to the cost, but I would definitely do so with the hand soap, and I'm very happy to see it available it again online.
Smells EXACTLY like orange blossoms, the genuine stuff, almost like perfume. It's not cheap, but considering the soap and the beautiful bottle, I'd say it's fair. I love anything french, and it looks at home in my kitchen.
I was excited to receive this, thinking the smell of orange blossoms in the bathroom in July would be wonderful. Instead, the smell is a haunting reminder of the 1970's ala-solarcaine/bug spray/something I'm sure was very bad for us. I still can't quite pinpoint it, but I can guarantee that it is NOT orange blossom! The container is pretty, though, so I will wash it out and put some softsoap in there. Maybe.
