I like my food hot. So with my first experience with "Daves..." I put in a tablespoon or more. It was hot!!! This is more than worth the cost when it comes to satifiying the desire for spicy hot food. Used in small amounts it enhancing the taste of the food while leaving a good burning in the mouth. And the burn does not leave all at once. You get to enjoy the "burn down" for about 20 minutes or so.

Dave's Insanity has been a favorite for years at my house, mostly because for a hardcore chili-head the sauces deliver with flavor as well as heat. This one is no different. Not quite the heat of the Limited Editions that Dave puts out every year, but this will give you all the heat you want with plenty of flavor, if you can handle the heat.
It says "Insanity" for a reason. :)
