Rated 5 out of 5 by Mamagata My childhood memories are back! I grew up with Spanish chorizo, and for years I've looked for an alternative with a price that doesn't hurt my pocket. This chorizo has the flavor and texture I remember from childhood with a nice price! And it makes great tapas! Just slice thin on a diagonal, and serve with a nice aged cheese. I tried it with Gouda and it was awesome! For a true Spanish experience try a Manchego. Some bread, some wine, and Ole! Definitely buying more, I'm sure I'll find lots of ways to use it :-) February 16, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by steph tasty and inexpensive I use chop and saute this chorizo to add flavor to my spanish paella. I also use it in a portuguese bean spoup. It's a tad bit greasier than the european brands I'm used to, but it's still delicious. I'm so glad World Market carries it! May 2, 2012
