Rated 5 out of 5 by slip I have had this roaster for a couple years, using it not less than twice monthly. Works great. wash the chicken, rub with olive oil, apply seasoning rub. I put potatoes, ( small golden yukons or small reds) and carrots. 400 degrees for about two hours. COULDNT BE BETTER September 20, 2015

I purchased this roaster, prepared a delicious chicken dinner, cooked it at 375 - 420 degrees for about 2 hours and had no problem. My dish did not crack, and my chicken, potatoes and veggies were delicious. Very moist chicken. I will use my dish again, and see how it holds up. Maybe the other shoppers had their oven at a higher temperature than I did, but I think my temperature range makes for a very delicious chicken, evenly browned. April 28, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Roaster 2 Cracked Roasters I bought this roaster and used it once, it cracked, I returned it for another. The same thing happened to the second one. This roaster is poor quality and simply cannot handle the temperature required to roast a chicken. April 5, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by MarvinG Cracked 1st time I used it I roasted a chicken in the oven and the roaster cracked, leaking chicken juice all over the oven and creating a mess for me to clean up. Don't waste your money! I purchased in a store that is 90 miles away or I would return it and get my money back. February 15, 2015
