Rated 3 out of 5 by Christina Looked all right but didn't work I wanted a reading lamp and this brand in another color had good reviews so I ordered it. The color was perfect for my dark wood living room, though there were a few scratches. on the frame. The directions for set up were extremely basic with no trouble shooting tips. I put it together and found it wouldn't work. Tried to different kinds of light bulbs and it still wouldn't work. Inside of the "shade" looked flimsy and cheap. It came in a horrible styrofoam packaging that flaked and caused a mess. I had to vacuum after putting it together. Wish this option came with store delivery, but no, I have to ship it back. The plus side is that World Market will pay for shipping back and pick it up at the door, and their customer service was professional, all of which I really appreciate. Now I just have to wrestle with the cheap packaging and vacuum again... ;-) March 1, 2014
