Great couch, great look, extremely comfy and I'm very picky about comfy couches! The title above says it all. I am soooo very thrilled with this sofa. The price was low enough to make me wonder if it was going to be good quality, but it is! Thank you, WM!! November 20, 2013
Very Pleased! We have had our sofa for about 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier! It sits great and is so very comfortable. The charcoal gray is great and goes with everything so nicely. I was slightly skeptical ordering online and never seeing the product in person but I trusted other reviews and went with my gut and I'm glad I did! November 26, 2013
Great couch for under $1000 I waited for a long time for this sofa and I am not disappointed. The sofa was delivered in a HUGE box- it comes almost completely assembled, all you have to do it screw on the feet and attach the chaise. It fit into my apartment's elevator with 1/4 of an inch to spare so keep that in mind when ordering. The couch is very comfortable and looks great in my living room but it is also not very heavy (90lbs I think) and easily moves around the hardwood floor when I am trying to get comfortable. I think with a rug this wouldn't be a problem. The arms are not very padded and are not comfortable to lean up against. The pillows cannot be flipped- they are rounded off and are springy inside which makes them comfy and bouncy; when you flip them the pillow it is hard and flat and not comfortable at all. I looked around for a while at a lot of different stores for a small grey sectional and this one I believe is the best for comfort and price! It gets a lot of complements and looks great with some bright pillows thrown on it. September 1, 2013
Comfortable, elegant and nice This sofa is very nice. It is beautiful and the fabric is great. I don't believe you can flip the cushions because the cushions are already "flattened" on one side. One concern of mine is that the cushions might flatten rather quickly. The stitching is beautiful, but the same color as the fabric so not completely visible unless you are looking up close. I love that the chaise is reversible. The ends of the sofa are the perfect height.. not too high or low, but the fact that they are "squared off" makes them kind of hard to lean against for long periods of time. This is the main couch in my living room and I wouldn't replace it for the world. August 30, 2013
Attractive / Comfortable Budget Sofa I would give it a 3.5 rating if I could; the value is above average for what it costs. It delivers a compromise of attractiveness (sleek/not garish or frumpy), comfort and affordability. I went to the store to see the slipcover sofa, but liked this one better. The upholstery feels that it will hold up well. The cushions are deep and springy, making me think they will compress over time. Build quality is slightly better than you'd expect from a budget couch. They use sinuous springs. Several frame pieces are made of solid wood (not very substantial though), but many are made of plywood too. Because of this, the frame flexes more than a mid-range couch would when lugging it around, but when sitting it isn't noticeable. The only minor manufacturing flaw (a staple not all the way into the frame) was easily remedied. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase, just keep in mind it is 1/3rd the price of a "mid-range" sofa. Abbott Sofa Unfortunately, I am not pleased with the Abbott Sofa. Though the color is nice, the quality just seemed a bit incomplete. November 9, 2013
