This looks really good in my kitchen, which is old-fashioned. I had a metal compost bucket for the counter and it was just fine, but this one is really attractive, plus, it includes a filter! It is good quality and looks really beautiful sitting on the kitchen counter. I can't stress its convenience. Having a compost container right in the kitchen greatly encourages its use. Simply place your veggie scraps and coffee grounds in and then dump outside in your compost pile every few weeks. The charcoal filters specifically for this bucket make any smell unnoticeable.
