Rated 5 out of 5 by KEEPNITREAL The best ever!!! I first discovered this gem of a product while at a jazz concert of all places. I was entering the 3rd floor of the host hotel where corporate suites were located and as soon as I opened the hall door, I was engulfed in the most tremendous smell. I floated down the hallway to the source, crashed the party, and learned of the mix. They party host also declared it was the same mix used by Roscoe's. It all made sense. They gave me a canister, and I've never looked back. I was ordering from the website until I discovered it at World Market!!! Thank you sooooooo much for carrying this bestest ever pancake and waffle mix. You folks are so smart. I appreciate you :) February 10, 2016

We used to order it on Amazon, three canisters for $22.00 or something. Then we found it at World Market! Yahoo! We can purchase it one canister at a time, and the price is the same, no shipping delays or costs! Perfect! Recently World Market went to the packets, which is just fine, but I was looking for the canister and looked right past the packet, and panicked that I couldn't find it. So I looked it up on Amazon, only to find that it now costs (while I'm writing this, anyway) between $15 and $29 for the 32 oz (same size) pouch, and $25 for the canister on Amazon. Luckily, I looked it up on World Market's website to find they sell the pouches, and went to my local store and found it immediately, once I knew what I was looking for. This is the best waffle mix at the best price around. Highly recommended. July 25, 2015

If you've ever made waffles at a hotel continental breakfast there is a good chance it was Carbon's Golden Malted Waffles. Nice and light on the inside, crispy on the outside. Perfect waffles every time and the flavor is divine! July 10, 2015
