These tables are gorgeous, many positive remarks from visitors. The only problem is the capiz shells sometimes start peeling off. But I am using them for TV trays instead of the suggested laptop table!

Basically attractive and functional, not 100%

Very nice product, essentially.
Intuitively easy to assemble.
One observation: in the final stage of assembly, screwing the white top onto the black frame, it was possible to attach only three of the four screws.
The openings for the screws underneath the white top did not line up exactly with the frame, causing the final screw to not gain traction with the opening for it on the black frame. So the piece is now in use, absent the fourth screw.

Really, I have no issue with assembly pieces, in fact I think it's fun to build them.

But flaws like this remind us that the era of professionally assembled goods is a distant memory.
