Rated 5 out of 5 by shopper13 Good chair! We purchased this to go with the Colton desk set. This chair has a shipping surcharge (hate those;) but it did come completely assembled and feels very sturdy, and looks exactly as pictured! That was nice! It isn't a roomy chair, nor it is for small people - right down the middle. We purchased it for our middle schooler son - for his desk. He loves it and it fits him great. We plan to get a cushion, but it doesn't need one - that would just be a matter of preference, and it would change the look of the chair. Because the Colton desktop has a faulty design, we bought a piece of solid oak to use as the desktop that we are going to have to match the finish to this chair. I mention that because this chair looks great, but has a very odd colored finish with slight green and gray undertones on top of a bleached light-colored wood. We will likely have to go very dark on the desktop since it would be extremely difficult to match to the chair. The color of this chair won't likely match any wood tones anyone already has - other than that, this chair is great...exactly what we expected, though not inexpensive. February 8, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Annie93 Sturdy, great color, exactly as advertised, great value! I ordered 4 chairs for my dining room and I absolutely love them! The one thing I did not consider, when ordering, was the restriction the arms put on the body size of the user. I have to keep a few of my old chairs, without arms, for some of the wider members of friends and family. Just sayin'....... January 27, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by kjkjade GREAT CURRENT STYLE FOR MY OFFICE I fell in love with the desk that goes with this chair, and the look is so unique that I knew I had to have the bookcase and the chair to match. I was right. After my order arrived I knew nothing else would go with the desk. The chair is surprisingly comfortable, but I did get a cushion to go in it. (I chose a cushion with a compass design, to go with the "campaign" theme). It was a little pricey for me, after spending $200 for the desk and a whopping $300 for the bookcase, but, as my friends say, the office now looks like something out of a magazine. And as much time as I spend there, it's worth it. The whole set is very functional in addition to being supremely beautiful and current. Even though I spent more than I intended, I do feel the the quality is equal or greater than the price in every way. I priced sets with this look and feel on several other websites, and i think this set rivals those in Restoration hardware, that cost several times as much. Even my husband fell in love with it. This is the first furniture purchase he ever wanted to have input on and after he saw it, nothing else appealed to him. You can't find find furniture like this anywhere close to where I live. Rated 4 out of 5 by Jason Amazing looking, Not Very Comfy This may be the coolest office chair ever and it certainly looks attractive with the set all together (desk and shelf). It's solid, well built, sturdy, and stylish. That said, it's hard as a rock and not very wide and I'm only an average sized person. I suggest a small, round cushion for long periods of work or your tush may be unhappy with you. That said, you'll look great sitting in it! Price wise, I would say it's a little over priced when you consider that the entire desk is not much more than this simple chair. Still, I recommend it because it really is the perfect match for the Campaign Set. Simple, stylish, sturdy, although not the most comfy chair to sit in. November 16, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Adri Doesn't look it but really comfortable I tried out this in the store before buying it. It was suprisingly comfortable. I supose you could add a cushion but it's not needed. I waited to get it on sale and bought it with a coupon so they were affordable. I bought two for my dining room. They are heavy and sturdy. My only complaint is the black frame. I don't think it goes great with the distreesed wood color. I wish it was a plain metal instead. But it would be easy to remove the frame & paint it if I get motivated to do that. Also, I have wood floors so make sure you put some felt on the legs to avoid scratching the floor. I love the way they look tho'. Sturdy but airy and light looking! September 14, 2011
