I bought this to add to my sugar scrubs and lip balms. I like the white coloring since I didn't want to change the color of the product. I had to try it as I was adding it in and decided that it would be good for any sweetening need also. It was delicious right from the jar and it was hard not to eat a spoonful right then. I find golden honey to be too flavorful to add to many gently flavored foods.

Breitsamer Rapsflower Blossom Honig doesn't compare to Langnese Bergbluetenhonig but it is less expensive. Therefor I will probably purchase it again.
