Rated 3 out of 5 by grannyck Doesnt match lamp shade I purchased this to go with the cerise metal green punchmetal pendant sku#478185 as suggested on the website. The pendant has chains and I don't understand how to hang it using both the chains and the hardware. There is nowhere to hang the hook of the chain on the hardware. Its a bit too heavy to remove the chain and the wire would be strained. Would really help to have pictures that included the pendant using the recommended hardware. December 22, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by wanderlust07 2 broken kits I purchased this kit online along with the 5-arm bundle version. I've had no problems with the 5-arm kit, but this one arrived with a piece of the plastic bit that unscrews at the end broken off. I exchanged in the store for a new one. At first I thought it was fine, but a couple weeks later as I was about to assemble my light a different plastic piece from the end of the kit fell off. Not wanting to making another hour trip to a store to exchange I called to have a replacement shipped to me and they were very accommodating, however, this has been very frustrating and makes me wonder about the quality of the product. Rated 2 out of 5 by Holly Problem: lampshades hang upside down I thought this was going to be an inexpensive way to turn my recessed can lights into pendant lights. While the concept is good, the lampshades you choose will hang UPSIDE DOWN. So if its larger on the bottom than the top, it will hang with the larger part of the drum at the top. Looks really silly.
