Assembly was missing a step, so we had to rely on visual diagram. Screw holes weren't fully drilled to allow easy installation. Came with approx. 15 pieces NOT including hardware. Some of the bolts came apart (from the wood) when trying to set up desk in room. Plastic cord holder cracked when assembling. Considered returning but was already put together. Returning it would be more trouble. Size is good for our space. Keyboard drawer is nice. We found the same desk at another store for about $75 cheaper, so I've called to get a price adjustment. If we don't, I'll probably still return it.

Desk does fit nicely in a corner and looks pretty good yet the construction (bolts/nuts) that hold it together were absolutely worthless. It required complete reassymbling with better bolts and some glue..if i were you, I wouldn't do it.

I can see why this desk is not sold in the stores as I don't find it to be of the same quality that I am used to seeing at World Market.
The assembly was a nightmare; the directions were off, the holes were poorly drilled, the materials cheap (two of the metal bolts broke when we were putting them in, and cracked the wood as well. The person assembling this is extremely competent at wood work so I know it was not due to him. We ended up just using wood glue along with what bolts would work to keep it together. It does seem to be holding up.
The wood materials are very cheap and I would say cut the cost of this desk in half and it would be reasonable material-wise, assembly-wise the chaos is due to the manufacturer, but World Market would be wise to shy away from all of their products if they are all this shoddy.
