We ordered online and the shipment of this cabinet was prompt. The pieces were intact and well-packed; however, pieces 7 and 8 were partially assembled and were damaged. They should not be factory assembled. It was not a show stopper but made the assembly more difficult and this cabinet has so many pieces, it took my husband and I six hours to assemble. The end result was good but the assembly was difficult. I do recommend this cabinet, but be ready to spend time assembling. It wasn't easy. It is a good value for the price and quality is good.
