It is a handy way to transport the waste out to the compost. I couldn't go without them! September 2, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by countrypj So glad to find these! We bought the red, metal compost bucket from World Market (the one with the tomatoes on the front), and bought these bags at the same time. The bucket capacity is: 7.5"Dia. x 12.5"H; 5-liter. Yes, the bag hangs over by at least three inches, but you could alter that if the edge of the bag showing is bothersome to you. I find it helpful to have at least some of it folded over to keep things tidy when filling the bucket. Also, please know that, depending on the composition of your contents, the bag may leak when removed from the bucket. That has happened a couple of times (we bought three boxes of liners, so not too often) and always when the contents were more "wet." I definitely will purchase these again. September 16, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Compostlover Thought these would fit the compost bucket I bought these in the same transaction as my new ceramic compost jar assuming they would fit. Perhaps I overlooked the size (3 gallon), but I don't remember there being a choice. These are way, way too big. With the bottom of the bag at the bottom of the jar, the overhang nearly covers the whole jar. It defeats the purpose of buying something pretty to look at. (I do like the jar.) You can't even roll them up or tie because the circumference of the bag is double that of the jar. I am too far away from World Market to exchange and it's not worth the cost to return in the mail. Too bad, because the jar doesn't empty completely without rinsing and the bag would have made the process effortless. August 22, 2013
