Rated 3 out of 5 by DM Not as it appears I bought the lamp to read by in the living room. It's good enough quality, but is more black than bronze and has gold striping on the base, which is ugly and makes it look very traditional. Would have sent back but shipping is to expensive. Will move to the office, once I find a replacement. April 27, 2012
